Soul Level Central is the soul-inspiration of Maggie Ostara, PhD. Clarity Breathwork, Awakening Your Light Body meditations, creative movement, and attention to the whole person are featured in our services, classes, and retreats. We invite you to join with in the grand experiment of our time: healing and evolving ourselves, healing and evolving our world.

Our complementary modalities aid clients and students in opening more consciously to the soul level, and bringing the awareness, guidance, love, acceptance and energy available there into everyday life. Our purpose is to live increasingly as a “soul-inspired” personality, an evolving and expressive human being. Our approach acknowledges the richness of human experience as spirit in physical form. We uniquely bring together attention to the physical body, emotional life, mental clarity, life force energy, subtle bodies of energy, and spiritual awareness.  From this wholeness emerges greater understanding of, and alignment with, life purpose, and an opening to abundance and prosperity.
