Soul Level Central is the soul-inspiration of Maggie Ostara, PhD. Our complementary modalities aid clients and students in opening more consciously to the soul level, and bringing the awareness, guidance, love, acceptance and energy available there into everyday life. Our purpose is to live increasingly as a “soul-inspired” personality, an evolving and expressive human being. Our approach acknowledges the richness of human experience as spirit in physical form. We uniquely bring together attention to the physical body, emotional life, mental clarity, life force energy, subtle bodies of energy, and spiritual awareness. From this wholeness emerges greater understanding of, and alignment with, life purpose, and an opening to abundance and prosperity.
Our services, and classes & retreats typically combine several of the above modalities to access different layers of experience, and thereby maximize effectiveness. Many modalities, such as Clarity Breathwork, are offered through different formats, such as both private sessions (listed under Services) and circles and workshops (listed under classes/retreats). In addition, somatic practices are included in many classes and workshops; please read individual descriptions for details.
