In-Depth Program: January-May 2008

Description

This in-depth experiential program supports you to open to life purpose and heal the entwined addictions to scarcity and struggle at the bedrock of Western culture.  The program features live guided meditations and energy transmissions that draw on the teachings of Orin and DaBen, Clarity Breathwork, and a wide range of learning and healing modalities. Our purpose is to wake up to the truth of our divine nature and the "enoughness" that is available to us at all times. Journeys, processes, assignments, and Clarity Breathwork invite us to:

• Better understand and unravel the limited perceptions of reality that were imprinted in our families and cultures of origin
• Gently release from the cells and energy system of the body limiting belief systems, stagnant emotions, and frozen residue from past traumas
• Connect with the empowering  life-force energy of deeper feelings and needs resonating within  
• Gain insight about and heal the twinned myths of scarcity and struggle to which many of us are unconsciously addicted
• Work in the energy realms to create the highest possible form of what you want
• Open to the soul level to understand better your gifts and talents, lessons, and life purpose at deeper and deeper levels
• Consciously connect manifesting with spiritual growth
• Tune in your own body to access the wisdom of lifetimes imbedded there, and the magical life-force energy (beyond our mind’s comprehension) that heals and enlivens.
  

The basic program combines in-person meetings, teleconferences,  three day-long workshops, and a community forum. The full program includes all elements of the basic program plus  four coaching sessions,  two private Clarity Breathwork sessions, a weekend workshop on Advanced Manifesting, and monthly breathwork circles. An intensives only option is available.  

Elements

(I)  Meeting every week—either in person or over the phone—together we will create a sacred community for support, mutual insights, fun, creativity, sharing and witnessing, and plenty of hugs.  Participants do regular check-ins with partners, and  are invited to contribute to a community forum hosted on this site especially for this program. Coming together with intention creates a potent container for us to do our deepest work—and play.  Whenever we meet, we also offer our energy in gratitude with prayers for the earth.  

(II) Working with guides and other non-physical teachers and allies forms an important foundation for accessing the soul level and energy realms. Maggie and her guides, called Shaman, will co-create guided journeys and energy transmissions.  Maggie and Shaman both drawn upon teachings from Orin and DaBen and develop material specifically for the group. Everyone will also connect and work with both their soul and a prosperity guide, and open their channel to bring through insights for other participants.  

(III) Readings from several profound writers on money, abundance, and prosperity provide us with material for our discussions and writing explorations. We will connect the ethereal experiences and teachings from the guides with stories from women who have created lives of meaning, purpose, and prosperity here on the earth plane (The Soul of Money by Lynne Twist and The Architecture of All Abundance by Lenedra Carroll). We will use writing and art to process and integrate this material, and to cultivate our own creativity and intuition.  

(IV)  Three day-long workshops give us the spaciousness of time to go deeper together. Every workshop will include a group Clarity Breathwork session. Topics may include the following:

• Accessing the body’s wisdom, healing capacity, and spiritual connections through somatic movement practices
• Financial feng shui looking at how our physical space, and our structures for money, support or inhibit our prosperity and abundance
• Creating a visionary life purpose plan using drawing and collaging
  

(V) Clarity Breathwork (CBW) powerfully yet gently assists in opening a portal to the soul plane, and from there letting go of what no longer serves us. CBW provides a fast track to spiritual growth, sometimes called a biological experience of the divine.  CBW further supports us to ground spiritual insights in the physical body and day-to-day life. We use CBW group sessions in the three day-long workshops, and individual sessions are part of the full program. We also use short sessions of CBW throughout the program. Details

We have three programs from which to choose: basic, full, intensives only. All offerings are facilitated by Maggie Ostara. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. We ask for a commitment to complete the entire program. No refunds will be given for withdrawal from the program except in cases of emergency. A deposit ($350 for the full program; $200 for the basic program) will hold your space. Credit card payments are accepted, and payment plans are available. Just ask!

Basic Program

• In-person gatherings every other Tuesday (7:00-9:30pm, Emeryville) will include: creating sacred community, journeys both drawn from the teachings of Orin and DaBen and designed by Maggie and her guides for the specific needs of the group, dyad and group processes, sharing and witnessing, prayers for the earth, journal writing. Live journeys will be recorded and made available for download as MP3 audio files.  Participants will also receive two CD sets with journeys from Orin and Sanaya Roman for home study.
• Teleconferences every other Tuesday (7:30-9:00pm).  Topics will be drawn from course materials with plenty of time for discussion. Teleconferences will be recorded and available for listening later.  Teleconferences are preceded by check-in time with partners by phone (7:00-7:30pm).  
• Three day-long workshops focus on different topics and include Clarity Breathwork group sessions
