Sometimes you might want direct contact with light beings from other realms.  Mostly I access information and energy from my own support network of guides. At times your own guides might be informative (we all have guides, whether we are aware of them or not), at others, healing spirits and angelic presences will contribute to the session. You might come with specific questions, or you might want to receive what the guides have to offer. Responses range from what is obvious yet perhaps unacknowledged, to something surprising or challenging. This work is not predictive or prescriptive, but rather illuminating, accepting, opening, and supportive. The guides often share perspectives that are unexpected, yet strangely familiar and knowable.
